11/15 Ultimate WhiteLabel Lending After-action Report

On November 15, 2025, attendees gathered in person at TCS Property Management in Philadelphia for The Ultimate White-Label Asset-Based Lending Workshop, a full-day training led by Joseph V. Scorese focused on how to leverage real estate assets to grow and scale a lending business without deploying significant capital. The workshop walked participants through launching and branding a white-label lending platform, with practical guidance on marketing, positioning, and onboarding, plus real-world examples of brokers scaling their income.

It also covered a wide range of loan options—such as DSCR rental loans, fix & flip, portfolio/blanket programs, bridge and multifamily financing, new construction, mixed-use, short- and mid-term rentals, and foreign national solutions—and concluded with actionable tools and resources, including a lending playbook, program matrix, step-by-step onboarding support, and a branding toolkit designed to help attendees start closing deals right away.
